A degree designed with working adults in mind - Learn today; lead tomorrow.

This 123-credit bachelor of science degree program is designed to meet the business and personal needs of returning adult learners. It provides students with flexibility by offering classes at Penn State Greater Allegheny in combination with online and distance learning classes from across the University.

OLEAD draws on many of the disciplines of the liberal arts to illuminate the work and employment issues that all leaders face in the twenty-first century. Students can expect to learn and practice skills that focus on understanding how organizations function and how individuals function within organizations. All students are expected to develop proficiency in research methodology, critical analysis, communication, and the application of theory.

This program is geared to provide applied business skills in a degree package that is flexible and adaptable to today’s competitive work environment.
